Rob and Shelley were in Kansas City for Christmas and wanted a Union Station Engagement!  KC is Shelley’s hometown and while they aren’t getting married here, she wanted to capture the local landmark in her and Rob’s engagement photos.

Christmas is a busy time at Union Station and I always tell people it’s a great location if you want a busy train station vibe in your photos.  We managed to capture Union Station and all its Christmas splendor and even incorporate the “busyness” of this real train station.

We finished the session across the street at the Liberty Memorial incorporating Union Station and the Kansas City skyline in the photos.  Rob and Shelley were so great to work with, and I loved getting to be their engagement photographer!
