A Kansas City Summer Engagement!  If you can handle the heat, I think summer in Kansas City is my favorite season for photos.  A warm sunny glow, dark green grass, and lots and lots of colors.
The sunshine and the blooming flowers made Loose Park the perfect place to start.  It’s funny to look back on my photography career.  When I first started I tried so hard to avoid green settings.  I’d go out of my way to keep green out of the photos.  I’ve clearly evolved to the point that it’s now one of my favorite colors and even part of my brand!  I love the way the sunlight and all the green at Loose Park looked for this session!
After Loose Park, our second stop was downtown at the Liberty Memorial.  It’s always best to get there close to sunset and we picked the absolute perfect time.  The warm sunset at the end of their session was a photographers’s dream!
