Several months ago my friend Madison and I decided we wanted to host a styled shoot in Kansas City.  We spent weeks brainstorming and over several meetings our ideas finally came together and the “Love is an Art” styled wedding was born. The 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Kansas City was the perfect location for a styled wedding.  After coordinating with several of Kansas City’s best wedding vendors we were able to see our dream become a reality this May.

The 21c Museum Hotel had both the art theme and the urban feel we were looking for.  They also just happen to have a fantastic space for weddings.  The 21c Suite, with it’s rooftop patio had to be my favorite photo location.  With Kansas City’s skyline as a background we captured some of my favorite photos!

The bright and bold florals, the stunning invitation suite, the cake that is literally art work, and the fantastic rentals brought our color palette to life and gave us the exact look we were going for.
