A lot goes into planning a family photo session.  Location, outfits, haircuts, baths, snacks….whatever it takes to keep the kiddos happy and looking good!  Don’t overthink your location or feel like you have to travel, especially with kids.  This Kansas City family photo session happened right in this family’s backyard!

Their beautiful property was the perfect location with lots of shade trees, and lots of sunshine.  Capturing family photos when your kids are young is so important!  Kids change so fast, and I love capturing all the seasons of life for young families.
