A Kansas City Family Photo session without leaving your neighborhood?  This sweet family has such a beautiful neighborhood, we didn’t have to leave!  We captured the setting sun and the Fall colors all within a short drive from their home.

Amanda and I met at work years ago, and this is my third time photographing her family.  I love watching her daughter grow up and seeing what a fireball she is turning into. 🙂

This session is a great example of not overthinking locations.  If you have a spot near your home, especially if you have small children, let’s use it!  The less your have to travel to get to your photo session the happier the little people will be!
